1. Platform Role

BookCabRide is a community project that provides organizational tools for independent cab drivers. We are not a cab aggregator, do not provide transportation services, own any vehicles, or employ any drivers. Our sole purpose is to provide free technology tools that help independent drivers organize their trips.

Important: All arrangements, including scheduling, payment, and trip details, are made directly between passengers and drivers. BookCabRide is not involved in these transactions and simply provides information display tools.

2. User Responsibilities

By using BookCabRide, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You will communicate directly with drivers for all booking arrangements
  • You will make payments directly to drivers as per agreed terms
  • You will resolve any disputes directly with the other party involved
  • You will respect the community guidelines
  • You will not hold BookCabRide or Sushritha Tech Solutions responsible for the actions of other users
  • You understand we are not a cab aggregator service and provide no commercial transportation services

3. Limitation of Liability

BookCabRide expressly disclaims all liability for:

  • The conduct, actions, or inactions of any user of our platform
  • Any accident, injury, loss, or damage occurring during any cab ride
  • The condition, safety, or legal compliance of any vehicle
  • The qualifications, background, or conduct of any driver
  • Any payment disputes between users
  • Any delays, cancellations, or quality issues with rides
  • Any personal conflicts or disagreements between users

Under no circumstances will BookCabRide be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform or any transportation services arranged through it.

4. Driver Community

While BookCabRide includes a community-driven verification process for drivers, we do not guarantee the behavior, reliability, or quality of any driver. Users should exercise appropriate caution and judgment when interacting with drivers found through this community project.

5. Platform Availability

BookCabRide is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue these free organizational tools at any time without notice. While we try to keep the platform up and running, and maintain industry standard security, we do not guarantee the security of any information you provide.

6. Modifications to Terms

BookCabRide reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

7. Project Information

BookCabRide is a community project developed and powered by Sushritha Tech Solutions Private Limited. This project is not a commercial cab aggregator service but rather a community initiative to help independent cab drivers. All intellectual property rights related to the platform belong to Sushritha Tech Solutions Private Limited.
